Our philosophy on training and development is to provide guidance, structure and support to new and experienced representatives who strive to have a high-activity practice. We believe the greatest impact we have on new associates comes from our collaborative team approach to planning, individual mentoring and on-going professional development.
For all new financial representatives we provide a 3-day Onboarding session to help you transition into your new career path successfully. Our focus is to provide all representatives with an overview of the many resources available to them such as online training, mobile technology, marketing, and business support.
Additionally, new financial representatives attend a weeklong development program consisting of boardroom discussion, independent learning and field experience. Leadership and senior representatives host sessions focused on areas of expertise and industry knowledge. This hands-on learning experience provides direct access to the information most crucial in your first year of business.
